Growing up in Brooklyn and spending the summers and holidays in the Catskills at my grandparent’s boarding house, “The Beechwood House”, provided the best of both worlds.

Family gatherings inevitably centered on the kitchen and my grandmother’s cooking. Watching her prepare elaborate meals from scratch inspired me to follow in her footsteps.

I began hosting family outings each summer and soon everyone looked forward to my barbecue cooking. Using a unique combination of quality ingredients my homemade barbecue sauce became a trademark of my cooking.

For over 40 years my barbecue sauce has been a favorite with family, friends, and strangers alike. In fact, many people ask for it throughout the year to use with all sorts of foods.

As demand for my sauce has grown, I have decided to share it with the rest of the world! I hope you enjoy!
